TibiaME email support is handled by using a new System. As before, you can contact us via email to support@tibiame.com if you have a problem. You will find that our replies now contain an automatically generated number in the subject line, which helps us to assign your requests. If you want to reply to an email sent by us, please make sure not to edit or delete the number in the subject line until the problem has been solved. If you need help with a new problem, please write a new email without including previous ticket numbers in the subject line. You will automatically get a new number for your new problem.
